I Bought a Dirt Cheap Razer Hovertrax 2.0! Will It Work?

Having never rode of one of these hoverboards before, I knew I had to buy it when I saw it at a yard sale for $10. Unfortunately the Razer Hovertrax 2.0 did not work when I picked it up but, I have a feeling that I can get it fired up!
